Position Summary:
Comprehensive Healing Solutions, a Nevada-based behavioral health group practice operating under full Medicaid and Medicare compliance, is currently seeking 2 additional Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to join our on-call contractor team. LCSWs in this role will deliver psychotherapy sessions (CPT 90837), conduct follow-up therapy (CPT 90832), and remain on standby for our crisis response line as needed.

This is a remote, position that operates under the direction of our existing Clinical Director and Supervising LCSW. All documentation and service delivery occur through SimplePractice, our HIPAA-compliant electronic health record system.

Core Responsibilities:

• Be available on-call for designated crisis line coverage
• Conduct 30-minute follow-up sessions (CPT 90832)
• Deliver weekly 60-minute psychotherapy sessions (CPT 90837) to assigned clients (8–15 per caseload)
• Support ongoing treatment efforts under guidance of the Director and Supervising LCSW
• Maintain compliance with Nevada Medicaid Provider Type 14 and Medicare documentation and service standards
• Document all sessions and oversight tasks through SimplePractice

Qualifications:

• Active Nevada LCSW license (Required)
• Enrolled and credentialed with both Nevada Medicaid and Medicare (Required)
• Telehealth-capable with experience in crisis response and therapy delivery
• Skilled in clinical documentation and CPT compliance for 90832 and 90837
• Able to follow supervisory protocols and operate within a structured clinical system
• Professional, reliable, and responsive in an on-call remote setting

Compensation & Schedule:

• Hourly Rate: $50-$75/hour
• Schedule: remote
• Contract Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
