Group Therapy
Weekly therapist-led sessions focused on shared experiences, coping strategies, and social skill development. Group settings provide a sense of community, reduce isolation, and enhance interpersonal skills.
Group therapy is a dynamic, therapist-facilitated service that brings together individuals who are facing similar mental health challenges in a structured, supportive environment. These weekly sessions are led by a licensed clinical social worker or supervised therapist and are designed to encourage mutual support, insight-building, and the development of interpersonal skills through guided therapeutic dialogue.
Each group is organized around clinically relevant themes such as trauma recovery, stress management, emotional regulation, grief and loss, family conflict, or relationship difficulties. Participants are encouraged to share their experiences, listen actively to others, and practice new coping strategies within a safe, confidential group setting. The power of peer connection plays a key role in reducing emotional isolation and normalizing personal struggles, which can accelerate progress in ways that individual therapy alone may not achieve.
